Saying sorry-makes you feel better

This morning, I was in a hurry to reach office. Any my scooter did the trick. It brushed the hand of a very decent looking man. I did not give any notice to the incident. Unfortunately for me, I had to stop just a few steps ahead from the incident. The man came and very decently asked me, " thare bahut jaldi ho rahi ke." (It seems you are in great hurry.)
" Kyon, kya ho gaya bhaisahab?" (Why, what happened?), I replied. My reply added salt to his injuries, if there were any.
"thare pata bhi nahi kya hua?" (You don't even know what happened?)
I don't know from where I got this divine revelation, but I suddenly said, " sorry bhaisahab."
He was taken aback. He was least accepting such a reply. All his plans of preparing himself for an eventual verbal fight came dashing on the ground. He could not reply for a minute.
I again said, " dil se sorry bol raha hun". (I am feeling sorry from my heart.)
I hold his hand. He did not say a single word and simply left. I felt nice. Saying sorry not only makes the other feel better, it also makes you feel nice.

Cheers
